By using this website, registering for a program or course, or attending any annuaal gathering organized by BilAraby under Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (hereinafter referred to as “QF” or “BilAraby”), you accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions herein:

Code of Conduct

BilAraby reserves the right to change Code of Conduct as deemed appropriate at any time.

Registration

You may be asked to create an account, access information, and or upload data. If you create an account, you are required to provide complete and accurate information.

BilAraby has the right to deactivate your account at any time upon its discretion.

Fees

BilAraby may offer programs or organize events or gatherings with fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. Unless otherwise specified, the processing of your payment information is done by a third-party payment vendor, and you will be routed to a secure payment flow controlled by that vendor to complete the payment transaction. Such payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment vendor. Additionally, all payments are subject to BilAraby refund policy below.

Refund Policy

• All registrations and payments for BilAraby events are final.
• Refund requests will be considered if received in writing (via email to info@bilaraby.qa) no later than seven (7) days before the event date.
• Requests made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented medical or family emergencies, subject to BilAraby’s management review and approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the final week preceding the event.
• Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual by informing BilAraby in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event. Participants must email including all details of the recipient including their full name, date of birth, applicable ID, and email address.
• All refund requests must be submitted with appropriate supporting documentation (where applicable), subject to review and approval by BilAraby management.

Modifications to Terms

BilAraby reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. you are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically for changes.

Trademarks

You may not use any of the Trademarks, or any variations thereof, without our prior written consent. You may not use any of these Trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes

Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the written permission of the owner of the applicable Trademark.

Copyright

BilAraby content may only be used for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not modify, copy, or download without the prior written consent of BilAraby.

BilAraby reserves the right to require you to cease using the website and deactivate your account at any time upon its discretion

All photographic materials, such as original photos and video recordings, shall be the exclusive property of BilAraby. Further, BilAraby shall own all copyright in all images created for advertising and self-promotion. Participants at the annual gathering consent to photography being taken during the annual gathering.

The materials and information provided on the BilAraby website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Qatar foundation and BilAraby make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Qatar Foundation and BilAraby does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Qatar Foundation and BilAraby, its affiliates or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, service interruptions, loss of content or cyberattacks, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials this website or your participation in any events or annual gathering.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Qatar Foundation and BilAraby, its respective affiliates, officers, faculty, instructors, students, fellows, governing board members, agents and employees from and against any third-party claims, actions, or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to your use of the site or participation in the event or annual gathering, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Language

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and into Arabic, Arabic language version will prevail if there is any inconsistency between the two.
