BilAraby contributed to enriching knowledge-driven dialogue through a series of engagements held as part of the Second UK Universities Arabic Debating Championship, organized by QatarDebate Center in collaboration with the Middle East Centre at St Antony’s College, University of Oxford. These efforts were designed to amplify Arabic's presence in the digital sphere and reaffirm its vital role as a language of knowledge, creativity, and intellectual exchange.
The program featured a panel discussion titled “Arabic and Epistemic Justice in the Digital World,” which explored the status of Arabic in the algorithm-driven era, examined how it is represented within artificial intelligence systems, and considered challenges related to digital bias in relation to other global languages.
The initiative also organized a roundtable highlighting the Arab world’s pioneering role in responding to global challenges, particularly migration, climate change, and food security. Discussions focused on migration as a central issue where humanitarian dimensions intersect with international policies.
