Dr. Bachir Halimi
Dr. Bachir Halimi is an Algerian-Canadian computer scientist and entrepreneur, and a pioneer in Arabic-language computing. In 1981, he founded ALIS Technologies and developed solutions that enabled computers to process Arabic and other non-Latin languages.
